Welcome to Jefferson PTA!

Our PTA proudly serves the students and families of Jefferson Elementary School and we work in conjunction with Everett Special Education PTSA and Lighthouse Elementary Cooperative to build and foster a positive and inclusive community for all of our Chargers and the surrounding community.  Jefferson is part of the Everett Public School District and our school educates over 500 Chargers.

Our Vision is that every child's potential becomes a reality.

Our Mission is for PTA to be:
-A powerful voice for children
-A relevant resource for families, schools, and communities
-A strong advocate for the well-being and education of all children

Our mission is to foster a positive community and inclusivity amongst all our Chargers and families.  We work with school staff and administration to provide services that will enhance the learning environment, ensure that our classrooms are equipped to maximize learning, and host events, like Fall and Spring Family Dances, to build and encourage a sense of community and belonging.

Jefferson PTA helps our families in need with the Backpack Food Program.

The Backpack Program provides food to 15 families each week during the school year to ensure that no Charger family goes hungry over the weekend and during school breaks.   

We have a food donation location at the main doors of the school and we have a need for unexpired, non-perishable food, especially canned fruit and vegetables.  You can also shop our Amazon Wish List and your donation will be shipped directly to the PTA.  Below is the link to make monetary donations, which allow us to grocery shop to fill out the needs of the Backpack Program Pantry each week.  You can set up for weekly, monthly, or one time monetary donations.

PTA's 2nd Thunder Run

Jefferson PTA hosted our second annual Thunder Run October 7th to October 18th, 2024 to raise funds for school wide assemblies, student enrichment grants, teacher grants, specialist enrichment grants, and to host free events throughout the school year, such as Fall Family Dance, Carnival, Free Popcorn Friday, Bingo Night, and more.
