What does the Executive Board do?
Executive Board of Jefferson PTA is responsible for the planning and execution of events that will enrich the Charger community and support the faculty and staff of Jefferson Elementary School and raising funds to pay for the events we host each year.
Jefferson PTA's Executive Board reports to our local council, Everett PTSA Council 7.3, and to the Washington State PTA. Each board member has a set of duties and responsibilities that have been set forth by the Washington State PTA and the completion of the required duties ensures that Jefferson PTA remains a PTA in good standing with our council and the state. Each board member is required to attend training each year to ensure that our PTA is adhering to the bylaws of the Washington State PTA.
